I just received an announcement from Thompson that the latest version of EndNote, called EndNote X2, is now available for Mac OS X. The Windows version was released a couple of months ago.
Though it includes several really nice new or revised features the big selling point of X2 is it's ability to actually locate and download full text. You select one or more references, a group, or your entire library and EndNote will scan for available full text. When the full text is found, EndNote automatically downloads and links it to the appropriate reference.
You can read about X2's features at the EndNote site.
